The YMCA of Lethbridge is the largest charitable organization in the Lethbridge, Alberta community. They promote wellness through recreation for people of all ages and stages.
In 2019 YMCA of Lethbridge is excited to work with the City of Lethbridge to help build healthy community. In August of 2015, the YMCA of Lethbridge was selected to be the operator of ATB Centre Phase 2. This location on the west side of Lethbridge has been named the Cor Van Raay YMCA and is scheduled to open to the public in early 2019.
The OtherHalf Consultants provided advice and support to the CEO and Board of this YMCA based in Alberta in negotiating a long-term operating agreement with the City for the operation of a $100 million, 200,000 square foot multi-use community recreation and fitness facility. Also provided advice and assistance in the design phase of the facility, operational readiness planning, and capital campaign case development.

Currently under construction, the Cor Van Raay YMCA will be a state-of-the-art centre of community with a fitness centre, child care facility, lane pool, leisure pool, waterslide, running track and so much more.
