Project Description
Glowing Hearts Charity’s mission is “to disrupt the cycle of poverty by empowering children and youth to realize their full potential.” It is their goal that by 2027 they will have enabled “2500 children and youth, vulnerable to poverty in Simcoe County, to access resources and opportunities that support their growth, confidence, and self-determination”.
The OtherHalf assisted the board of directors of Glowing Hearts in determining a new mission statement for the charity, supported by a vision statement and set of values statements. We also facilitated discussions leading to a template and direction for a strategic plan in support of their vision.
