Project Description
OELC has been one of the premiere leadership development centres for over 70 years located on Lake Couchiching. Over much of that time it has been providing leadership development programs for middle school and high school students in the Province of Ontario under the auspices of the Ministry of Education.
As a standalone registered charity with its own Board of Directors, OELC is in the process of reimagining its future direction and has retained The Other Half Consultants to help develop a new mission and vision and assist in developing a new strategic plan.
