Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation

Stevenson Memorial Hospital is a progressive health care facility located in New Tecumseth that services South Simcoe and surrounding communities. Today the hospital is in a period of growth and opportunity. Stevenson is embarking on a redevelopment plan that would see the facility expand to over twice its current size. 

The OtherHalf Consultants produced a readiness plan and proposal for the development of a longer-term strategic plan for the Foundation in support of an anticipated major hospital expansion and development.
