Project Description
The YMCA of Kingston is a charity that is committed to giving everyone an opportunity to take part in the programs and resources that it offers. Everyone of all backgrounds, ages and abilities are welcome to use the Y’s pools, squash courts, fitness equipment and the wide array of programming.
The OtherHalf Consultants provided the CEO of this charity based in Kingston, Ontario with a strategic assessment of current operational and long-term development challenges and opportunities.
