“I had the pleasure of working closely with Tom Coon from The OtherHalf Consultants at the YMCA of Northeastern Ontario. Tom came to us to take on the responsibility of Interim CEO in early 2018 when we were in the midst of a CEO transition. Tom stepped in and took control of our Association, developing a turnaround plan and leading us out of a very difficult time which would only have resulted in an extremely challenging situation if allowed to continue. Tom’s leadership skills, and his ability to work with staff at all levels was apparent from the outset. Our YMCA owes Tom and The OtherHalf Consultants a debt of gratitude.”
